19mm Laser Process Heads

Crash Detection : CP-19

The CP-19 adds crash detection to our 19mm aperture components. Hardened steel balls and pads self-locate after a crash. A quick disconnect Lemo® electrical connector provides easy integration. Crash reporting is accomplished via three (3) series wired internal switches. The sealed design and anodized aluminum construction are perfect for industrial applications.

• Provides X,Y, & Z Axis Crash Protection
• Break-away forces (Vertical config.): Z axis = 15.8 lbs, X-Y axis with 100mm arm = 3.6 lbs
• Break-away forces (Horiz. config.): Z axis = 23.3 lbs., X-Y axis with 100mm arm = 5.4 lbs
• Switch actuation at ± 0.5° deflection
• 4mm Z-Axis Travel
