Overview

The Nozzle Alignment Camera System is a vision-based tool used to align a laser process head nozzle to the machine’s guide beam without firing the cutting laser. The device is placed beneath the process head, where an integrated camera simultaneously observes the nozzle opening and the guide beam position. Using a wireless connection, live alignment data is streamed to a phone, tablet, or computer, allowing the operator to precisely center the beam within the nozzle in real time. This approach reduces reliance on manual methods, improves repeatability, and enables safe, fast alignment during setup or maintenance.
