Integrated Laser Process Head

Integrated Laser Process Head : ILH-19

The Integrated Laser Process Head is designed to be mounted in-line with the CO2 laser. The Integrated Laser Process Head includes a lens housing with nozzle tip standoff adjustment and X-Y focus lens adjustment, compact Beam Expander, Magnetic Crash break-away, and Gimbal Mount for alignment to the laser beam. Internal gas jet manifold is included for introducing assist gas to the workpiece.

• Standard CO2 Focal Lengths: 38mm, 64mm, 76mm, 89mm, 95mm, 100mm, 127mm, 191mm (Custom Focal Lengths Available)
• Input Laser Beam Dia. for 2.5X Beam Expander: 8.3mm Maximum
• Input Laser Beam Dia. for 3X Beam Expander: 6.8mm Maximum
• Includes Focusing Lens & Beam Expander Lenses
• Assist Gas Pressure: 7 Bar (100psi) Max. 1/8" I.D. Hose Barb Fitting
• T-438-10-H03 (Ø1mm orifice) nozzle tip standard on 64mm F.L. and longer ILH-19 Process Heads
• T-M8-10-T58 (Ø1mm orifice) nozzle tip standard on 38mm F.L. ILH-19 Process Head
• Standard for 10.6µm, other wavelengths can be accommodated
• Anodized Aluminum & Stainless Steel Construction
