The BWA-CAM® is a patented (USPTO 8,237,922; 8,427,633; 8,619.247; 8,711,343; 8,848,177; 8,848,178; 8,848,179; 10,708,537; 10,942,275+ additional pending) instrument that measures the focal beam waist of a laser beam without moving parts. This is the only beam analysis system on the market that can provide realtime, ISO compliant parameters and measure thermal lensing of high power laser systems.
The BWA-PROTM software is designed to be easy-to-navigate and based on the international standards ISO 11146 and ISO 13694 which relate to lasers and laser related equipment and laser beam spatial metrics. The ISO standards are generic in nature allowing for several different laboratory setups and testing techniques. The BWA-PROTM software uses full image based second moment and knife edge to determine quick and reliable ISO beam parameters. Calculated results can be viewed in tabular form as well as logged to view changes over time. A sophisticated, yet easy to use, report generator produces a variety of QC and summary reports in PDF formats for publication or printing. The reports include visualization windows, X and Y axis plots, 3D view of laser beam and database reports.
The BWA-Configurations include the vast selection of standard and customized Laser Beam Delivery Components offered by Haas Laser Technologies. These components allow an almost unlimited number of integrated configurations to suit your specific needs. Some standard configurations can be viewed in the BWA Configuration Diagram below.
