MVBE - Motorized Variable Beam Expander
The MVBE Motorized Variable Beam Expander contains a proprietary five-lens element motorized optical design. Variable magnification levels can automatically be set ranging from 1X-4X. Both expansion ratio and focus can be controlled independently from a remote location via controller electronics and software running on the Windows platform or C++. The MVBE communicates via serial communication through a USB adapter to a connected PC.

The provided driver or installation can be utilized to configure the USB interface as a COM port on the connected PC.
Proprietary “rail” design allows for minimal beam wander (<0.1mrad) while maintaining diffraction limited performance over the entire expansion range. Fused Silica optics coated at 355nm, 532nm or 900nm-1100nm
Includes beam expander, control box, power supply, cables and GUI software.
