Clamp Mount Beam Tubes

Overview

Clamp-Mount Beam Tube Couplers and Beam Tubes form a rigid, sealed enclosure for free-space laser beams. Designed for strength and stability, the clamp-mount coupler uses a double Viton® O-ring seal to secure connections between tubes and components while protecting optics from dust and debris.

Beam tubes are constructed from machined, anodized aluminum, offering both durability and contamination control. Available in multiple standard lengths and aperture sizes, they provide the flexibility to build out custom beam delivery paths. Each tube requires a coupler at both ends. Custom lengths are also available.

Selecting a Part Number

Choosing the correct clamp-mount beam tube assembly comes down to three steps:

Step 1: Aperture Size
Select the clear aperture (19 mm, 25 mm, 38 mm, or 50 mm) to match your system optics.

Step 2: Coupler
Each tube requires a clamp-mount coupler, which secures the tube with a double Viton® O-ring seal for a contamination-resistant connection.

Step 3: Tube Length
Choose the beam tube length that matches the spacing between optical components. Standard sizes are available, with custom lengths offered for unique layouts.
