Overview

Quick Mount Beam Tubes provide a fast, tool-free method for connecting optical components within a laser beam delivery system. Instead of threads or flanges, these tubes simply slide into a non-metallic compression seal that holds them securely in place.

This friction-fit interface allows for quick adjustments and reconfigurations without compromising optical alignment. It’s ideal for setups where components need to be frequently repositioned or replaced, and where traditional couplers may slow down maintenance or tuning.

Selecting a Part Number

To build a complete Quick Mount Beam Tube Assembly, you’ll need to select couplers and beam a tube, based on your mounting requirements and system layout.

1. Choose the Coupler Style

Select the aperture size thats correct for your beam diameter. We recommend 1.5x your beam diameter.

2. Choose the Coupler Style

Quick Mount Couplers are available in short or long body styles:

  • Short Couplers are more compact and ideal where space is limited.

  • Long Couplers provide a larger sealing surface and extended reach.

Both versions use the same internal non-metallic compression seal

3. Choose the Mounting Style

Select the mounting style that matches your surrounding hardware:

  • 1"-32 Male or Female Thread – For direct-threaded connections to standard beam delivery components.

  • 38 mm Flange Mount – For bolt-on integration with flange-compatible systems.

Each coupler is identified by both its style (short or long) and mounting type.

3. Choose the Beam Tube Length

Quick Mount Beam Tubes are precision-machined aluminum tubes that slide into each coupler and seal without tools.

Lengths are available in: many sizes, or a custom cut size if needed.
