Fiber Laser Process Head with Motorized Camera

Can be designed for any wavelength. Shown above is the fiber laser variant where the laser beam enters through a fiber mount, 90º bender and collimation housing. 90º kinematic bending mirror assembly directs laser beam to the process head. CCD camera system with X-Y axis and tip-tilt adjustments look at the workpiece through a motorized zoom lens assembly. Ultra-low light CCD camera transmits image to an adjustable crosshair generator and monitor. Laser beam, after being reflected by the kinematic bending mirror, is projected onto the focus lens. The whole lower assembly is protected by a z-axis crash detection system. Custom Configurations available.
