Thread Mount Beam Tubes

Overview

Haas thread‑mount beam tubes provide a rigid, sealed path for laser beams using standard 1‑32 thread mounts. Available in 19 mm and 25 mm clear apertures, these anodized aluminum tubes support both male and female ends and are offered in a variety of lengths. They are used to mount and connect optics and components while protecting the beam from misalignment, dust, and stray exposure.

Selecting a Part Number

To select the right thread‑mount beam tube, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Aperture Series

    • 19 mm or 25 mm clear aperture depending on your system’s beam size and optical component aperture.

  2. Select Thread Gender on Each End

    • Options include Male‑Male, Male‑Female, Female-Male or Female‑Female, using standard 1‑32 thread sizes.

  3. Choose Length

    • Tube lengths vary (e.g. 12 mm up to 300 mm). Pick one that bridges the distance between components while leaving room for mounting and alignment.
